Need To Return or Exchange Something?

We're not just a shop, we're a community of nerds, and dammit, this will be a happy community! So at GeekCore we have an industry leading 100 day returns policy subject to Terms and Conditions. If you're not happy for any reason, as long as your item is still in "new and resalable" condition, we'll be happy to refund or exchange it for you within 100 days of purchase.

Exclusions from the '100 day returns' policy

  • Swimwear*
  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Any products with a seal, where the seal is broken

These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights (for example, if they are not fit for purpose or not as described).

Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions, which will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

*Swimwear can be returned as long as any hygiene seals are still intact.
